Dallas based law firm (Uptown) that focuses on Personal Injury cases is seeking an Intake Paralegal/Intake Attorney with 5 years of PI experience to serve as an Intake Specialist. This remote role would require occasional in office days but would be largely remote. Extensive knowledge of personal injury law is required. There will be training as well.
This is a fast paced law firm that provides a highly competitive compensation package which includes a terrific base salary, bonus potential, paid health insurance, PTO, and 401K plan.
Qualified candidates should be able to multitask, owning the potential new client intake process while supporting multiple cases simultaneously. Candidates should have experience interfacing with clients, obtaining pre-settlement loans, coordinating medical care for clients, and managing settlements. Additionally, candidates must have a professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a confidential environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
