We are seeking a talented R&D Beverage Scientist to join our team at Patco Brands. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing new and existing products, ensuring their quality, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Your primary focus will be on formulating RTD cocktails, hard seltzers, wines, and spirits. You will work closely with other departments to drive new product development processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of new product concepts from concept to commercialization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development
- Conduct sensory analysis and product testing to ensure product quality
- Stay current with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer product development
- Strong knowledge of TTB and/or food and beverage regulatory compliance
- Exceptional palate and sensory skills
- Highly organized and effective communication skills
