Job Description:
Design, manage, and supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on construction sites. Responsibilities include cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, procurement of electrical equipment, site inspections, quality assurance, and documentation. Implement low and medium voltage systems, fire alarms, and BMS (Building Management Systems). Utilize engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Primavera for design, analysis, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes, and manage testing and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. No experience required.
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Salary: $85,000 per year
Worksite: Multiple locations in and around New Orleans, Louisiana
