Staff Needed: One (1) Administrative Liaison for Transportation
Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma or its equivalent.
Have excellent secretarial skills including typing, working processing and telephone communications.
Have excellent clerical skills including mathematical calculations, filing, and computer operation.
Have at least one year’s experience as lead secretary, office manager, administrative liaison or other role demonstrating leadership, independence and decision making.
Preferred experience in transportation services.
Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license for the type of equipment to be driven, with no serious violations.
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
Bilingual preferred.
Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
