Staff Needed : One (1) PART TIME Administrative Assistant
Qualifications :
- Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of two years of successful experience in a related secretarial or office position working with students with disabilities, special education programs and related services and our of district schools, specifically developing contracts, accounts receivable and accounts payable, purchase orders, requisitions, vendor agreements, and invoices.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Demonstrate excellent secretarial skills, including typing with minimum errors, organization, data collection and input, data management, information retrieval, utilization of various electronic databases.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
- Demonstrate appropriate telephone etiquette, with proper voice inflection.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidence.
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community, including difficult and emotional situations.
