What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - D Shift position at Path Engineering?
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You will work with a variety of production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, and collaborate with machine operators, supervisors, and other maintenance technicians to resolve mechanical issues.

- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
- 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or position, with experience managing people/projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments, read and interpret schematics, and use shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
