Job Summary
The Managing Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our multi-state healthcare organization. The Managing Director will work closely with senior leadership and physicians to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Lead senior leadership teams in decision-making processes, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees to promote business development.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for expansion or improvement.
- Oversee the RCM cycle.

- Proven experience in senior healthcare leadership roles with a strong track record in strategic planning and operations management preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
