Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains all grounds throughout the property including parking lots, walk ways, and outdoor common areas. Plows and shovels in the winter months, maintains all company vehicles, and maintains the 9 hole executive golf course on property.
- Shifts typically 7am-3:30pm
- Mow grass/ weed-whack, plant and mulch, water all plants throughout the property
- Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter, removing snow or debris from walkways and parking lot, and maintaining surrounding landscape.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Golf course maintenance
- Property vehicle inspections and repairs
- Ordering materials as needed, parts, supplies, fuel, salt, sand, etc.

Requirements
- 3 years landscape experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Equipment operation and Maintenance,
- Time Management skills
- Must have Initiative
- Must have thoroughness and attention to detail
- Informing Others of important information
- Reliable
- Good Driving History and Valid Driver's License
- Snow removal/plowing experience is required.
