Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; maintaining maintenance records; following policies and procedures; completing repairs and installing replacement parts; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter; removing snow or debris from walkways and parking lot; painting; and cleaning surrounding landscape.
- Completes special requests by hauling materials to employee’s or clients; moving furniture; setting up furnishings; preparing rooms for occupancy; completing repairs and installing replacement parts.
- Maintains building interior by repairing defects of rooms/spaces
- Maintains lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts; repairing electrical wiring and fixtures.
- Maintains system for conveying liquids and liquid waste by installing and repairing plumbing apparatuses.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Enhances maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the scheduling of Maintenance staff, overall direction, coordination, and evaluation. Directly supervises all Maintenance staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 2-5 years experience.
- 2-3 years of Supervisor experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
- Equipment operation and Maintenance.
- Surveillance Skills.
- Safety Management.
- Ability to lift items and equipment up to 100lbs.
- Time Management.
- Initiative and thoroughness.
- Good Driving History and Valid Driver's License.
- Listens and responds to directions.
- Ability to inform others and offer clear communication skills.
- General Work Schedule Tues - Saturday first shift.
