What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litter Crew Worker - Lead position at Pathfinder, Inc.?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Receives work area assignments. Works alongside employees and removes litter from right of ways. Drives vehicle to and from work site. Parks vehicle, installs traffic cones, monitors work by employees. Assigns work area to employees. Assures safety of operations at all times. Stops crew work until a safety problem is resolved. Removes litter from truck. Completes and turns in time sheets and records amount of litter. Cares for and cleans equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED, plus 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid drivers license, be physically able to drive to various locations and able to be insured on Pathfinder vehicle.
