Hotshot / Sucker Rod Superintendent

Pathfinder Inspections and Field Services is seeking out candidates for the position of Hotshot / Sucker Rod Superintendent at our facility in Dickinson, ND.

Primary Responsibilities: This is a HANDS-ON position.

· Supervise daily activities in the yard to ensure safe and efficient completion of daily tasks.

o Sucker Rod Storage

o Sucker Rod Prep

o Sucker Rod Hotshot Logistics

o Hotshot Logistics

· Identification and implementation of process improvements for sucker rod and hotshot divisions.

· Promote a high level of safety awareness and participate in all company safety training and rules.

· Proactive in identifying necessary repairs and overall maintenance.

· Operation of frontend loaders and skid steer equipment as required.

· Coach fellow employees on the appropriate processes, procedures, and expectations.

· Effective communication with management to ensure company goals and standards are being met.

Business Experience:

3 years oil and gas industry, preference for oilfield drilling and completions service, but willing to train the right candidate

Driving:

3 years of driving with no citations

Additional Qualifications:

· Strong problem-solving ability

· Class A CDL required

· Mechanically inclined preferred

· Previous yard supervision is a plus

· Demonstrate strong communication skills

· Ability to lead oneself with limited supervision

Compensation:

$26 - $32 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
