Safety Manager

Pathfinder Inspections is accepting qualified applicants for a Safety Manager position based out of our Odessa, TX location and preference will be given to local applicants.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Safety experience is a must.

Oilfield experience a plus.

Must have strong communication skills.

Must be efficient in Microsoft Office programs

Attention to detail.

Willing to take direction and be self-sufficient.

PEC Basic and H2S Clear instructor credentials a plus.

Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with others.

A clean driving record is a required.

Job Requirements

Near miss/incident report management, tracking and trending.

Incident investigations.

Corrective action recommendation and implementation.

Field, shop, and office safety audits.

PPE management.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations including OSHA and USDOT.

Ensure compliance with customer safety and training requirements.

Ensure compliance with drug & alcohol testing policies.

Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by all team members.

Record keeping and other safety administrative duties as required.

Regular communication with owners and other safety personnel on all safety matters

Responsibilities of the safety coordinator will change and/or increase as needed.

A valid drivers license with a clean 3 year history required.
