Tyler Full-Time Live-In House Manager – Outpatient Housing
Location: In-Person
Pay: $35,000-$45,000
Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Live-In)

About the Role
Pathfinder Recovery Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Womens Live-In House Manager to oversee our outpatient housing facility for individuals in drug and alcohol recovery. This full-time position is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care
- Facilitate client intake, admission, and orientation
- Conduct observed drug tests and breathalyzer tests as needed
- Perform regular property and facility searches
- Supervise client medications and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor and report on client behavior and progress to the treatment team
- Provide structure, support, and accountability in a calm and empathetic manner
- Document and report significant client behavior (e.g., isolation, erratic behavior)
- Maintain professionalism during times of client distress and follow up with proper documentation
Facility Management
- Maintain overall cleanliness and functionality of the housing facility
- Perform shopping and errands as directed by supervisor
- Ensure compliance with Texas HHS and Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards
Transportation (Company vehicle)
- Provide safe and timely transportation for clients to clinical/medical appointments, group therapy, and off-site recovery meetings (AA, NA, CA, CR)
Communication & Documentation
- Communicate effectively with house managers, clinical staff, and supervisors
- Submit end-of-shift notes documenting client behavior and relevant updates
Team Collaboration
- Attend team meetings, staff meetings, and client-centered conferences as requested
Qualifications & Competencies
✅ GED or higher
✅ Valid driver’s license in good standing
✅ CPR/Safety certifications preferred
✅ Ability to manage high-stress situations and de-escalate conflict
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
✅ Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and empathy with clients
✅ Must be at least 2 years removed from receiving services at Pathfinder Recovery Services (if applicable)
