What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Demand Generation position at Pathify?
The Director of Demand Generation will lead a dynamic, high-performance team focused on driving pipeline growth through event execution, digital campaigns, integrated programs, and traditional outbound prospecting campaigns. Balancing creativity and experimentation with measured, scalable programs are central to success in this role. Pathify invests a significant proportion of its operating expenses on demand gen, and now seeks an experienced operator to take the team to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience honing their skills in digital and cross-channel marketing, with a strong focus on data accuracy and hands-on experience developing marketing attribution models and lead scoring systems. They have experience already managing direct reports and are excited to share their knowledge, stepping into a player-coach role while leading and supporting their team. They’re motivated by the opportunity to challenge the status quo and flex their creativity and are committed to understanding marketing program outcomes. They value team wins over individual gains and approach challenges and opportunities with focused curiosity.
