Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Director of Fundraising and Engagement at Pathlight HOME. The Sr. Director will be responsible for major donor relations, communication strategies, philanthropic initiatives, annual giving campaigns, and strategic planning to support the organization's fundraising and community engagement goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Major Donor relations, Philanthropy, and Annual Giving
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Strategic Planning for fundraising efforts
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor stewardship
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of fundraising software and tools
