We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Recruiter with three to eight years of experience in a staffing agency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing top talent, building strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization. This is a hybrid position that meets three days a week in Downtown Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in law firms.
- Build and maintain relationships with law firm clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job order intake to candidate placement.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of legal professionals to meet client demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the legal industry to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency, specializing in law firm placements (preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the legal industry and its hiring needs.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
