Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Position Summary : This is an opportunity with probationary period that will determine the permanency of the position. The candidate will be required to be on the phone at around 50% of the time contacting and interviewing candidates. Interviewing tasks could include ongoing and ad hoc requests as well as quantitative and qualitative projects. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, support our mission, share our values, and embrace our company culture.

Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am ~ 5 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring smooth processes and efficient delivery of staffing solutions to meet client demands
• Build on-going relationships with our clients across the country through travel (client visits), video calls, and connecting over the phone
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring goals and specific position requirements
• Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and address concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process, including onboarding
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, and provide regular reports to the team
