Our 4 offices in PA, NJ, and DE is home to 450 employees and that serve over 100 clients. Duties Include:
- Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance
- Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner
- Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and possible other hospital state or federal programs, when applicable.
- Interviewing patients in a hospital or office setting to complete necessary forms.
- Verifying health insurances.
- Working with patients and/or family members, employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional information as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn and work with multi-State Medicaid eligibility regulations (previous Medicaid experience a plus)
Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Wednesday - Thursday 9:00AM to 1:00PM
Training location: Cherry Hill, NJ Approx. 6-8 weeks
