Summary Description: Path’s resident services program enhances well-being for residents through a combination of strategic programming, individualized service plans, community building, and resource partnerships. Resident services goals include housing stability, food security, economic and educational development, health and well-being, and population-specific services for youth, parents, seniors, and differently-abled individuals. The Director of Resident Services is responsible for managing and evaluating an effective, data-driven resident services program, and engaging resident services staff and partners to deliver consistent, replicable, and scalable outcomes.

Essential function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise: Provide support, motivation, training, and supervision for Path’s team of Resident Services Coordinators. Ensure a positive, collaborative approach between the Resident Services team and residents, partners, and other teams like property management and asset management.
- Goals: Establish long-term, comprehensive goals for resident services using assessment data and stakeholder feedback to create a roadmap for the overall portfolio and each property.
- Resources: Identify or support the development of resources that help achieve organizational goals, including non-profit service providers, government agencies, faith-based institutions, funders, and resident leaders. Match resources to identified resident needs, establish partnership roles and responsibilities, monitor program delivery, and track outcomes. Evaluate and assess the outcome of programs and develop pathways to success.
- Quality assurance and evaluation: Provide ongoing quality assurance, evaluation, and outcome reporting for programs and partnerships. Ensure all outcomes are reported in the resident services database and documented as progress in achieving overall goals. Adjust goals, metrics, and partnerships in response to resident data and feedback. Support the annual resident satisfaction survey and action planning to address opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop and manage reporting as needed to provide to HUD, CORES, investors, and for annual impact reporting. Document key performance indicators like resident engagements, community surveys/scans, resident programming, trainings, and other key areas.
- Five plus years of increasing leadership positions as a manager of human services systems and programs.
- Passion for the mission of affordable housing and improving lives of low-income households.
- Strong track record in planning and executing efficient and effective services programs and producing replicable, scalable outcomes.
- Experienced in piloting new programs and responding to changing opportunities and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills in communications, program planning, data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Graduate degree in human services or the equivalent experience required; Masters Degree in Social Work is highly desirable.
- Possess and maintain a valid in-state driver’s license.
