This role supports the firm's Onboarding Program, one of the areas of specialized focus for the Investment Operations Team. The Onboarding Program provides our client advisors with seamless back-office operational support that allows Pathstone to deliver an exceptional and consistent service experience to our new clients. As a Senior Associate, you will support the Onboarding Program and its objectives, adopting, implementing, and promoting Pathstone best practices.
The role involves project planning and management, onboarding calls, preparation and documentation, data sourcing and analysis, internal communication and documentation, and collaborative initiatives.
