Job Description:
- Work with a dynamic team who develop, maintain, and enhance our company’s Salesforce instance, plus providing user assistance, and supporting our companywide initiatives and projects.
- This role is a project-based, business-improvement role, one that helps guide business groups to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. You will meet with end users, SMEs and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze the business requirements around business challenges, and work with our team to propose solutions for consideration.
- A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce Certifications preferred.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, align them with business needs, and recommend potential solutions.
- A collaborative mindset. Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills: must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to both elicit and document business requirements effectively.
- Project management abilities. Candidate will need to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed as needed.
- Ability to identify the business strategies, goals, initiatives and challenges to define scope of project or initiative.
- Compare business needs to Salesforce to identify opportunities and constraints.
- Able to develop comprehensive test plans and cases to conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance.
- Critical thinker/problem solver.
- When given a scenario, ability to choose the most effective technique for eliciting business needs from stakeholders.
- Meet with stakeholders, SMEs and request team to gather and document requirements.
