Your Role and Impact
As a Customer Service Specialist , you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring smooth banking operations. Key responsibilities include :
- Primary Contact : Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, addressing requests promptly and professionally.
- Customer Transactions : Provide efficient and accurate service, assisting with account queries, investigating errors, and resolving issues.
- Data Integrity : Generate and review reports, maintain accurate account details, and verify closures and debit card processes.
- Compliance and Monitoring : Ensure all maintenance forms and address updates are completed, monitor returned mail, and validate scanning and processing tasks.
- Support and Coverage : Assist with special projects and provide coverage for Frontline Tellers at other locations when needed.
