Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services. Leads generated for you with training
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of CRM system
- Strong verbal communication skills
