JOB SUMMARY

The Planning Administrator provides support to the other members of Material Control in the team's effort to provide a continuous flow of Job Orders and materials to the manufacturing cells.

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES - Essential Functions (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested.)

• Release and print Job Orders / Pick Lists in MRP system in accordance with the master schedule and customer orders.
• Prepare Job Orders for delivery to the production floor; use MS Office applications to create labels and other supporting documents.
• Deliver Job Orders to the manufacturing cells.
• Locate and retrieve Job Orders from production cells, and update paperwork under the direction of the Production Planner.
• Create Sales Orders in MRP system.
• Monitor specific Plan Types in the MRP system and generate requisitions to purchasing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code.
