Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and closely held entities

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for both personal and investment-related matters

Coordinate tax filings and work closely with external CPAs and financial advisors

Track investments, real estate holdings, and other private assets

Maintain financial records with the utmost confidentiality and precision

Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy

Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a family office or similar environment

Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax concepts, and investment tracking

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
