Pathways Nursing and Rehabilitation Center -
Duties and Responsibilities :
Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
Daily census reports and reporting
Coordinate the inquiry process
Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
Notification and reporting of admission updates
Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
Represents facility at hospitals, community events, open houses other special and public relation events
Works with other Liaisons / Marketer with referrals / admissions
Requirements / Qualifications :
RN / LPN Preferred
Must be able to read and understand clinical paperwork
Excellent interpersonal skills
