Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys, paralegals, and business development teams.
- Prepare, format, edit, and proofread legal documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage high-volume printing, copying, scanning, binding, and document organization.
- Oversee Outlook tasks, including email filing, contact management, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and update business development records in Dynamics.
- Arrange and coordinate travel using Lawyers Travel Service and Concur, including expense reporting via Chrome River.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, binder preparation, filing updates for reference books, and other duties as assigned.
