- Hourly Range: $27.00 - $29.00 DOQ
- Hours/Days: Core Business Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (evenings and weekends as needed)

- Keep accurate and timely records regarding denials and admissions
- Explain regulations, policies, and procedures as needed to referral sources, Support Team members, PTC staff, etc
- Plan and prepare for all admission meetings by collaborating with the Support Team, Applicant, as well as the PTC Director, General Manager, and the Manager.
- Prepare admission documents such as consents, releases, service plans, abuse plans, behavior management plans, etc.
- Attend and lead all admission meetings. Obtain signatures on all documents. Finalize all service, abuse, and behavioral management plans and protocols before handing them over to the assigned department
- A High School diploma or GED is required
- Working knowledge and experience with/navigating Minnesota Statutes is highly desired
- Experience in the Human Services field and 245A/C/D is preferred
