Are you looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by providing home-and-community-based services? Pathways to Community (PTC) offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Intake Specialist to join our expanding administrative team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening PTC’s relationships with both internal and external clients while delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves assessing needs through an intake process, keeping accurate records, and supporting the organization's mission and values to create pathways of opportunity for our community. The role emphasizes building trusting relationships and requires a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Hourly Range : $27.00 - $29.00 DOQ.
- Hours / Days : Core Business Hours : Mon–Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (evenings and weekends as needed).
- Benefits : PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, Accident & Critical Illness, and 401K.
