Job Summary: Pathways to Resilience, LLC is seeking 3 (THREE) motivated and compassionate Group Facilitators (Entry Level) to lead professional and personal growth classes. The ideal candidate will provide structured group sessions focused on education, skill-building, and emotional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping individuals and families improve their lives and relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group classes focused on parenting, domestic violence prevention, anger management, and job readiness.
• Implement evidence-based curricula and adapt materials to meet participants' needs.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for participants to share and learn.
• Encourage group participation and engagement while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Monitor and document participant progress, attendance, and compliance with program requirements.
• Provide resources and referrals to support participants’ continued growth and development.
• Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and other staff members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

· Must reside in Houston Harris County, Texas or surrounding areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college hours in social work, psychology, education, or related field required.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in parenting education, domestic violence intervention, or anger management preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and culturally responsive practices.
• Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, or educational sessions preferred.
