Key Responsibilities:

- Answer client questions and provide detailed information about our offerings
- Record and update client information in the system
- Schedule follow-up actions or meetings as necessary
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Previous experience in a call center environment or handling high-volume calls is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
