Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Screening & Interview Scheduling: Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Job Posting Management: Write, post, and regularly update job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track key recruitment metrics, such as response rates, interviews scheduled, and hires.
- Flexibility: Support urgent recruitment needs, including evening or weekend tasks, when necessary.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
