Position: Executive Assistant / Office Admin
Location 502 Carnegie Center Dr Suite #301, Princeton, NJ 08540, United States
Contract to Hire
· Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday or as needed.
· Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
· Help prepare for client and employee meetings.
· Create POs and PRs as needed.
· Pack and send UPS packages as needed.
· Code and pay vendor invoices.
· Ordering business cards.
· Maintain visitor logs. Create work order tickets for the Princeton office as needed.
· Train employees in Concur and iEngage expense reports.
· Program and distribute security access cards.
· Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
· Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
· Making travel arrangements for employees as needed.
· Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
· Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
· Provide general and Office administrative support.
· Assist in maintaining office kitchen.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
· In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
· High school diploma.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
