Position Overview:
Patient Pines Assisted Living, under the ownership and management of a compassionate young registered nurse, is seeking dedicated and empathetic caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing daily care, support, and companionship to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promote their independence, and create a warm and nurturing environment.
Caregiver/Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
- Administer medications as per physician's instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and ambulation.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere by interacting with residents and participating in recreational activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including nurses and healthcare professionals'
