We are looking for an experienced FULL-TIME Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Experience - 4 years increasing experience in Human Resources as a Generalist with payroll processing responsibility, healthcare setting preferred
- Minimum Education - Bachelors Degree
- Preferred Certification - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or PHR preferred
Position requires a post-offer physical, drug/alcohol test and background check.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA, OSHA, and CMS regulations.
- Implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing.
- Utilize HRIS systems for data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
