Senior Outdoor Furniture Sales - Patio Productions

Patio Productions is looking to add 1 full-time Senior Furniture Sales Associate to our staff. The position will be at our amazing retail store in San Diego. Our space is unlike any other furniture store you have likely seen.  We enjoy an indoor / outdoor environment with huge roll up doors and lofty architectural ceilings among other features that make our showroom unique .

The ideal candidate will have furniture sales experience, be interested in design and style, reliable, organized, and hardworking.  You will also need good computer skills, a positive attitude, and a great personality that helps you build rapport with people quickly. In short, we are looking for a sales star. 

You MUST have prior experience with Excel, Google Docs and Gmail.

You will be responsible for interacting with our customers, either face-to-face in our showroom or over the phone and email with our e-commerce customers. We have a very high-end clientele and many of our sales exceed $10,000 so you must be professional and well spoken.  

Daily duties include 

• Greeting and assisting in store customers, 
• answering phones, 
• inputting orders,
• making and updating price tags 
• helping to keep our showroom looking great by merchandising the showroom floor.

This position requires at least 1 weekend day of work however 2 weekend days are preferred.

Compensation - This is a salaried commission position however all commissions are pooled between our sales people including all sales that come in through our ecommerce site.  This helps to create a team environment where everyone is incentivized to help each other, the customer and grow the business. 

First year salary:  60K

Experience:

• Furniture Sales : 2 years (Required)
• Excel, Google Docs and Gmail (Required)
   

Work Location: In person at our Showroom: 2161 Hancock St, San Diego, CA 92110

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (Opening: 8-4:30 / Closing: 9:30-6  / Weekends 9-5) 
• 1 weekend day of work required
• 2 weekend days are preferred
