Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seevers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the bar area.

Skills

• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.
• Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Understanding of food safety practices within the food industry.
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Basic math skills for managing tabs and calculating totals accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 35 per week
