Patisserie Lenox Inc. in Great Barrington, MA is looking for one short order cook to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 313 Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food orders quickly and accurately (busy breakfast and lunch service)
- Keep work areas, counters and equipment clean
- Perform from scratch food preparation tasks as needed (soups, sauces etc.)
- Keep inventory of produce and place orders with suppliers
Qualifications
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is a must
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Knowledge of all health and safety regulations pertaining to food
- Ability to receive produce delivery and lift heavy boxes if needed
