This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Coordinator at PATL's Goodbounce Pickleball Yard in Louisville, Kentucky. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating player schedules, ensuring court maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service to players.
- Experience in sports facility management, event coordination, and customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of racket sports and court maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree is a plus
