COMPENSATION : $80,000-90,000 Base ($110,500 On Target Earnings)

OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Partner to join a financially stable fine dining concept specializing in prime seafood, USDA prime beef and chops, and a fresh oyster bar. The Executive Chef Partner will lead a team of culinary professionals, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, sanitation, and overall profitability. This role is instrumental in driving top-line sales and guest count growth by delivering a superior team member and guest experience. Additionally, the Executive Chef will collaborate with the Culinary Development team to execute menu items with excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food quality and guest experiences.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are strictly followed.
- Maintain profitability through effective cost management and operational execution.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Development team to ensure menu excellence and innovation.
- Drive top-line sales growth by fostering a superior guest experience and an engaged team environment.
