Responsibilities :
- Managing all phases of electrical project development and execution to include take-offs, safety, project as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor, and materials tracking / submittals.
- Building relationships through communicating and coordinating with general contractors, suppliers and attending job meetings.
- Leading a team and grow talent by interacting with and coaching field staff
- Owning the budget process from start to finish.
