What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Patrician?
A small, yet busy, well-established interior design studio and retail boutique in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. Is looking to begin the training of a well organized individual with a familiarity of QuickBooks, preferably. This individual will be preparing to assume the duties of our full-time Office Manager for both the design studio and retail. This position requires attention to detail with regard to entries in QuickBooks and excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, in a fast paced environment. Must posses proficient communication skills to manage phone, work with clients, retail customers, vendors and contractors. This position is also one of a personal design assistant working closely with the designer to gather project pricing, prepare quotes, order products and manage projects. Our ideal candidate will be an organized, enthusiastic self-starter, who is willing to learn our system. This is not a back-room position. This person represents the business, greets the public and promotes our efforts in promoting design, local art and the revitalization of downtown. We want a motivated, ambitious individual who is eager to learn, enjoys people, design and appreciates art, to participate in a small, open office environment where no two days are alike!
