ABOUT THE POSITION
Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
About This Bookkeeping Role: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your day begins by reviewing and verifying vendor invoices to ensure accuracy. You then process payments on time, keeping everything organized and up to date. Throughout your day, you manage relationships with vendors, handle account reconciliations, and troubleshoot any discrepancies. Your keen attention to detail and timely processing are key to keeping our financials running smoothly.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 1 years of bookkeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Online experience
- 1 years of accounts payable experience
