Location: This position will work full time in the office at 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, OH 44420 for the first 6-8 months. After that, the position will be remote.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The responsibilities of our Part B Therapy Coordinator include:
- Obtain referrals and collect insurance cards
- Communicate with billing department, therapy staff, and other departments daily
- Call POA - e.g. financials, consents, signatures
- Build charts
- Schedule evaluations and visits to the assistant and therapist
- Receive and review evaluation and other necessary paperwork from therapist
- Upload documents into EMR system
- Accept and make calls from POA and PCP
- Complete QA and tracking daily
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Conditions:
- Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines
- It is a primarily a desk job, which essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication
Qualifications:
- Two years of healthcare experience or basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines and deliver effective results
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
