We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (VP FP&A) to lead our financial planning, forecasting, and analytical efforts. This executive role will play a pivotal part in driving financial performance, informing executive decision-making, and supporting company-wide growth initiatives.
- Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership and Board of Directors.
- Partner with the CFO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
- Develop robust financial models, scenario planning tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver high-impact analysis on business drivers, variances, and profitability.
- Provide timely reporting and insight into financial and operational performance across business units.
- Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, supporting data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.
- Promote a culture of financial accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support investor relations through financial analysis, investor materials, and quarterly earnings prep.
- Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive and board meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in FP&A.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance in a complex or high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate finance.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
