Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Patriot Chevrolet of Sturgeon Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical duties, including typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Update telephone directory
- Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as necessary
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
