Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of charming Paris, TN, provides a warm and welcoming environment for up to 127 residents. Our center offers both private and semi-private suites, with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces designed to foster community and connection.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Your Role as DON:
Direct day-to-day clinical operations and nursing staff management
Uphold regulatory compliance and ensure quality assurance standards
Foster a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered culture
Serve as a key leader in our interdisciplinary care team
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact license)
Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
