Responsibilities:
- Park boats, RVs, and luxury cars with care and precision
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with storage arrangements
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of storage agreements and payments
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as processing payments and generating invoices
Qualifications:
- Experience in parking vehicles, especially boats, RVs, and luxury cars, is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Must live on-site in the provided apartment and be available for emergencies outside regular business hours
