Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to spearhead all marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate business through targeted strategies. This individual will be responsible for SEO, online advertising, local networking, and outreach to key real estate, insurance, and mortgage professionals. The role may require building a marketing team and setting up office infrastructure as the department expands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand Patriot Inspections' reach
- Optimize SEO and manage online advertising (Google Ads, social media, etc.) to generate leads
- Establish relationships with local real estate agencies, insurance agencies, and mortgage brokers to drive referrals and partnerships
- Network and engage with industry professionals to increase brand visibility and business opportunities
- Implement lead generation strategies through online and offline channels
- Analyze and track marketing performance to refine strategies for maximum ROI
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, digital content, and promotional campaigns
- Oversee social media marketing and company branding
- Manage video content creation and posting for social media
- Build and manage a team as the department grows
- Set up office infrastructure and marketing workflows to support company expansion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales (preferably in the real estate, home inspection, construction, or related industry)
- Strong SEO, online advertising, and digital marketing experience
- Local networking and relationship-building skills with real estate, insurance, and mortgage professionals
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-growing company
- Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and performance analytics is a plus
