We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to serve as our Director, Operations (reporting to our VP, Operations) to help lead our home care business in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do :
Operational Leadership
Oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, including managing branch leadershipDevelop and implement efficient processes and workflows to maximize productivity and service qualityManage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goalsStrategic Planning
Collaborate with leadership and branch personnel (including the community event team and other service lines) to develop and execute long-term strategies for growth and service expansionMonitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and market presenceEvaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and client satisfactionStaff Management
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and retentionManage, hire, train, performance management, evaluate, etc. assigned staffQuality Assurance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standardsDevelop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered careMonitor patient satisfaction and promptly resolve any concernsRelationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community partnersRepresent the organization in public forums and industry events to promote home care servicesAct as a liaison between staff, clients, and families to resolve issues and ensure effective communicationQualifications
